Two old friends Asif and Shagufta meet each other after a long time and come to know about each other’s circumstances. Shagufta’s husband had divorced her while Asif’s wife died at the time of their third child.
They decide to marry each other but their teenaged children oppose this.
But Asif weds Shagufta and brings her home, the younger children accept this wedding but Ali, the eldest son of Asif, and Amal, the eldest daughter of Shagufta, who hate each other, refuse to give in. After a while their hatred alleviate lessen and later they start liking each other.
Asif’s business takes a downturn and he, with his family, has to move to a flat. Here, the new neighbors object to Ali and Amal’s interest in each other.
The story comes to a point where, due to the narrow-minded voices of the society, new relations are not allowed to prosper in order to save old ones.
